VPN for Windows 11

Bebra VPN for Windows 11 installs from a single EXE file and signs in to a guest account for this computer on its own, so there’s nothing to register.

Download for Windows

Windows 7 SP1 and newer · version 1.21.0

Updated

Set it up in three steps

  1. Run Bebra.exe

The VPN needs administrator rights, so Windows asks you to allow changes to this PC. Choose Yes, and setup then runs on its own with nothing to pick.

  2. Pick a country

The app window opens already signed in to a guest account for this computer. Click a country in the grid or the Fastest tile.

  3. Get a subscription

Until you have one, that click opens Buy Bebra VPN instead of connecting. If you’ve already paid, choose Already have a subscription? → Sign in to account there. With a subscription, a click on a country turns the VPN on, and Disconnect at the bottom of the window turns it off.

Already subscribed?

Until you sign in, the app runs as a guest, with an account tied to this computer. If you paid on our website or already use Bebra VPN on your phone, sign in and your subscription shows up.

Getting to the sign-in screen. Besides the Buy Bebra VPN window, you can reach it from the Account tab → Sign out. The app warns you that you can only get back to the guest account on this computer.

With e-mail. Click Sign in with Email, enter the address you subscribed with, and type the 6-digit code from the message we send.

With your phone. In Bebra VPN on your phone, open Account → Sign in on another device and it shows a one-time code. On the computer, click Sign in with code and type it in. The sign-in screen also has Sign in with Telegram.

Windows 11 questions

Will it run on Windows 10 or Windows 7?

Yes. Bebra VPN works on Windows 7 SP1, 8, 8.1, 10 and 11. There’s a separate page for Windows 10.

The app says another VPN is active

Another VPN connection is running on this computer and gets in the way. Open Settings → Network & Internet → VPN and disconnect the others. Also check the tray for apps like WireGuard or OpenVPN and close them.

The connection keeps dropping

Open Account → Settings and click Find working server. The app re-tests the current server, swaps its IP addresses if needed and, as a last resort, turns on multihop. The search can take up to two minutes. If that doesn’t help, write to our support team, which answers around the clock.

How do I update the app?

When a new version comes out, the app shows Update available. Click it, and the app downloads the update, checks its signature and starts the installer.

How do I quit the app completely?

The window’s close button only sends it to the tray, and the VPN keeps running. To quit, right-click its icon by the clock and choose Quit. On Windows 11 the icon is often under the hidden icons arrow.
